Privacy Policy

What data the Peito Denoise service processes, why and on what basis. Revision dated July 10, 2026.

1. Operator

The operator of personal data is Ramil Ruslanovich Mingalimov, a self-employed person / professional income tax payer, INN (Taxpayer ID) 161102539250. Contact for data processing matters: sales@peito.ru. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. What Data Is Processed

Account: email, password hash (scrypt; the password is not stored in plain text), dates of registration and actions.
Licences and payments: selected plan, domains, payment statuses. Payment data (cards) is processed by YooKassa — it does not reach our side.
Technical: IP address on API requests (to protect against abuse, rate-limit), the domain of licence activation.

3. What Is NOT Processed

Audio never leaves the user's device. Noise suppression is performed locally in the browser; sound, recordings and their content are not transmitted to the service's servers in any form.

4. Purposes and Grounds for Processing

Purposes: providing access to the dashboard, issuing and verifying licences, accepting payments, sending service emails (address confirmation, password reset), protecting the service from abuse. The legal grounds are the conclusion and performance of the agreement with the subject (Art. 6, part 1, clause 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) and the legitimate interests of the operator in protecting the service. Processing is limited to the purposes listed.

5. Transfer to Third Parties

Data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties, except for providers that ensure the operation of the service and act on the operator's instructions: the payment service YooKassa (payment acceptance), the hosting provider and the email delivery service — to the extent necessary for the respective purpose, as well as in cases expressly provided for by law.

6. Storage and Protection

Data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider Selectel (Russia). Backups are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Only the operator has access to the data. Data is processed for the duration of the account and licences; payment information is stored for the periods established by law. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing or withdrawal of consent, data is deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

The subject has the right to request information about the processing of their data, its correction, blocking or deletion, as well as to withdraw consent by sending a request to sales@peito.ru. The operator responds within the periods established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Deletion of data necessary to comply with the requirements of the law (including the storage of payment information) is carried out upon expiry of the respective periods.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) to collect anonymized visit statistics: page views, referral sources, click maps, on-page behavior. Metrica sets its own cookies and sends anonymized data to Yandex servers; that processing is governed by Yandex's policy. No advertising networks or profiling are used.

You can opt out by blocking cookies/scripts in your browser settings or via the Yandex Metrica opt-out tool. The dashboard session token is stored in the browser's sessionStorage and serves solely for authorization.

9. Changes to the Policy

The operator has the right to amend this Policy by publishing a new revision on the Site with the date indicated. The current revision is always available at /privacy/.
